We („J&S Automotive Technology“) would like to explain our general data protection regulation. The collected data will not be sold to third parties and are only used within the legal and contractual matters of this page.

    With visiting the website, general technical information are collected.

    The following tools are used for the data collection:

    • Google Maps

    All these tools follow the same principle:

Please note that you may not be able to use some features of this website if cookies are disabled. We make sure that no personal data is taken over from sessions or through cookies and that cookies are only used if it is necessary for the website. Thus, the consideration shows that there are no overriding interests against you (Article 6 I f DSGVO).

    • socio-demographic data (city, estimated age and more)
    • usage date (type of device, browser type and more)

    Through anonymizeIP the last 3 digits of your IP-address are erased and will not be passed to Google.

    We are using the following social media services:
    • Facebook
    • Youtube

    These services use so-called "Plugins“.
    The plug-ins only pull data when you interact with the respective buttons. The content of the plugin is transmitted by the service providers directly to your browser and incorporated by him into the website. By integrating the plugins, the service providers receive the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an account or are currently not logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted and stored by your browser directly to a server by the service providers. If you are logged in with the service providers, they can directly assign the visit to our website and to your user account. If you do not want the data collected via our website to be assigned to your user account, you must log out before visiting our website. In addition, you must delete the previously stored cookies in your browser settings.     ReCaptcha
    To protect your requests via the internet form, we use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. (Google). The query is used to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusive by automated, mechanical processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address sent by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other data provided by Google. This data is subject to the deviating privacy policies of Google.

    In general applies:
    We don't know WHO you are, but rather WHAT you do.
    No personal data (name, personal address and more), which makes a specific identification possible, will be collected.
    The socio-demographic and technical date, which we do collect, will exclusively be used for internal company analysis and for the improvement of this website.

  • personal data

    Personal data is information that can or may disclose the identity of the user. As far as possible, the collection of personal data is waived. Personal data are used exclusively for establishing the contract, content, execution or execution of the contractual relationship (Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR). In addition, personal data will only be processed if we have obtained your consent (Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR)), have to obtain our legal obligations (Article 6 (1) c) GDPR) or we have legal matters of own interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Only for the fulfillment of the contract, the data are passed on to the company, which is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.     Forms
    You have the possibility to fill out a contact form for inquiries. An email with your contact details and your request will be automatically sent to our email server. It stores the data that you specify in the form. Even when contacting us directly via e-mail, in addition to the e-mail address, we only store the data that we receive directly from you. If we are unable to fulfill your request, your data will not be further processed.

    Online Application:
    Your application data is collected and processed electronically by J&S for the purpose of handling the application process, based on Art. 6(1)(a) EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR). Your data will only be disclosed to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose. If your application is successful, the data and files you provided may be used further in the context of your employment relationship. By activating the "submit" button, you expressly agree that J&S may collect, process, and use the data transmitted by you for the purpose of handling the application process in accordance with Art. 88 EU-GDPR, § 26 BDSG. An online transmission of your data to J&S will only occur if you have confirmed your consent by activating the "submit" button.

    Tipp for sensitive data:
    We expressly inform you that applications, particularly resumes, certificates, and other data transmitted to us by you, may contain special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR), such as data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership. If you provide us with such information in your online application, you expressly agree and consent to J&SH collecting, processing, and using this data for the purpose of handling the application process. The processing of this data is in accordance with the GDPR and the BDSG, as well as relevant legal provisions and based on our privacy policy. If your application leads to the conclusion of an employment contract, the data transmitted to J&S for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative processes may be stored in your personnel file by us, in compliance with applicable legal regulations. Furthermore, we may process personal data about you to the extent necessary to defend against asserted legal claims arising from the application process. The legitimate interest, for example, is to provide evidence in a proceeding under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

    Every data on our website will be secured by technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, damage, external access, data change or distribution.

  • Duration of data storage and customer rights

    The personal data are stored as long as they fulfill their internal purpose.
    You have the right to reject the use of data for promotional purposes at any time without giving reasons.

    It should be noted that no personal information is collected during your website visit.
