Your tasks

• management of employee in the corresponding shifts
• 
  
• preparation of the shift plan for our pressing plant
• 
  
• control of the production orders in coordination with the head of management of the press plant
• 
  
• close coordination with the management of the press plant on organisational, production-related and personnel issues
• 
  
• monitoring and compliance with operational indicators
• 
  
• implementation and documentation of training courses
• 
  
• implementation of the requirements for occupational safety and environmental protection

Your profile

• a successfully completed training in a skilled trade
• 
  
• significant working experience
• 
  
• a strong technical understanding
• 
  
• a quality-conscious, independent and precise way of working, which is characterised by a high level of teamwork
• 
  
• good knowledge in dealing with MS-Office
• 
  
• willingness to work shifts
• 
  
• a good level in English & German
