Head Of Department (m/f/d) Plastic Production

Your tasks

• management of the plastics production department and promotion of the employees in the area of responsibility
• 
  
• control and monitoring of the production processes
• 
  
• optimization of the capacity utilization of the production areas, while taking flexibility and cost aspects into account
• 
  
• monitoring of production orders in close coordination with the assembly manager
• 
  
• care, maintenance and repair of simple mechanical and hydraulic plant units
• 
  
• setup and operation of injection moulding machines and linear robots
• 
  
• implementation of quality controls

Your profile

• a successfully completed apprenticeship with technical orientation, for example as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or process technician (m/f/d)
• 
  
• relevant work experience, preferably in the field of plastics; experience in human resources management is desirable
• 
  
• good technical understanding
• 
  
• good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of production planning tools (PPS) desirable
• 
  
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and high quality awareness
• 
  
• good level of English & German
