• independent purchase of material and services

• leading offer and price negotiations with suppliers

• selection and acquisition of suppliers and supplier qualification according to specifications
• 
  
• coordination, monitoring and control of measures to meet delivery dates
• 
  
• participation in the development of purchasing processes
• 
  
• documentation and maintenance of purchasing data in the system
• 
  
• project monitoring through on-site supplier visits

Your profile

• a successfully completed course of study with a technical or business management orientation or a completed commercial apprenticeship
• 
  
• relevant work experience
• 
  
• a good level in English & German
• 
  
• good knowledge of MS-Office and purchasing-relevant IT systems
• 
  
• negotiating skills, communication skills and team spirit
