As an experienced and successful firm in the automotive supply industry, plus a certified development and assembly supplier, we are the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for multiple global automotive brands. Our high quality product range covers all manufacturing needs, including components such as innovative assemblies for vehicle interiors produced from both metal and plastic raw materials. Many of our developments are patented in-house creations which are a testament to our use of the best technology and engineering skills. Since our inception in 1990, we have grown to employee over 500 people in multiple locations across Germany and the world. We service such major global automotive manufacturers as Audi, BMW, Daimler, Porsche, VW as well as international OEM’s such as Groupe PSA with their Citroën Peugeot and Opel brands. Our team also partners with many Tier-1 suppliers across the world which include the likes of Autoliv and Magna.
We are currently operating across five locations. Our headquarters are based in Wustermark near Berlin, where we employ around 350 people. Another 150 employees support us at our sites in Fontanestadt Neuruppin, Breitenbrunn in the Ore Mountains, and Auburn, Alabama (USA). Most recently, we established a production facility in Jintan, China, where we launched the manufacturing of additional shielding panels and safety systems at the beginning of 2022.
J&S Automotive Technology was founded in 1990 as purely a tool manufacturer with the production of sealings for the automotive industry beginning two years later. Each successive year we expanded our production portfolio to include such components as shielding panels, safety systems, welded assemblies and leightweight components.
